THE PROMISE CO. - BLACK FRIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
When is the sale?
Effective Dates:
This Black Friday promotion runs from Wednesday the 26th of November to Monday the 1st of December, unless ended early at The Promise Co.’s discretion (aka we ran out of stock).
Eligibility?
- Offer applies exclusively to purchases made on thepromiseco.com during the promotional period.
- The promotion is available to customers in UK / USA / EU / AUS / CAN.
- The offer cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the promotional period.
How much discount will there be?
- Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and are valid only for items marked as part of the Black Friday sale.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, discounts, code, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
- Selected products may be excluded from the discount at The Promise Co.’s discretion.
- Prices and discounts are subject to change throughout the event due to limited stock and demand.
Will I be able to get all the items I want?
- All Black Friday items are first-come, first-served.
- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it - the purchase is confirmed only once payment is completed.
- Stock will not be replenished during the sale or before Christmas – we hope you don’t miss out.
Can I return my order for a cash refund?
- All items purchased during the Black Friday promotion are only eligible for exchanges or store credit only, subject to standard return conditions.
- If we do not have your size to exchange, you will be offered store credit.
- Returns must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging materials.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- We are unable to offer return labels or cover postage costs back to us currently however, any postage back to yourself will be free of charge.
- Email info@thepromiseco.com with your order number and request of return/exchange to start the process.
How do I Exchange?
- Customers may exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to availability) or for another product of equal value.
Store Credit
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes inspection.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipping
Please allow up to 1 business days extra for dispatch. Our team will be working hard to get your order out as normal, but high order volumes may cause a slight delay.
UK Orders
- Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT) on a working day will likely be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
- We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.
- UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with 24 & 48 hour delivery available.
USA Orders
Please note our USA warehouse staff are spending Thanksgiving with their families so orders will not be dispatched on this day.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm (MST) on a working day will likely be dispatched the same day (excluding Thanksgiving - 27th November)
- Orders placed after 1:00pm (MST) will be dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on the shipping zone, fulfilled via DHL Express Domestic.
- USA orders ship exclusively from our US warehouse.
International Orders
- All other international orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT) on a working day will likely be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery times may vary by region.
The Promise Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
International & Customs Charges
- For USA customers: all tariffs and import duties are already covered by The Promise Ring Co. LTD. No extra charges will apply.
- Orders shipped outside the UK & USA may incur additional import duties and brokerage fees, determined by the receiving country.
- For other international destinations, The Promise Ring Co. LTD does not control customs charges and cannot estimate or reimburse them. Please contact your local customs authority for details.
- If fees aren't paid and parcel is returned to sender - you will be given your refund, less the cost of postage and taxes.
Delivery Delays
- The Promise Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control
Promise 2-Year-Warranty
- All products purchased during the Black Friday sale remain fully covered under The Promise Co.’s 2-Year Warranty for manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be edited once placed due to high order volume during the sale.
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible once processing has begun.
Pricing Adjustments
- No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside the promotional period.
- If prices change during the event, the price at the time of purchase is final.
Packaging:
· Due to the high volume of Black Friday orders, your jewellery may arrive in a mix of our luxury ring boxes and/or our premium pouches. Exact packaging cannot be guaranteed for each order, however all pieces will be beautifully presented and protected to our usual high standard.
Errors & Omissions
- The Promise Co. reserves the right to correct pricing errors, revoke promotional discounts, or cancel orders arising from technical issues, inaccuracies, or misuse.
Modifications
- The Promise Co. may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any updates will be effective immediately once published on our website.
