Dispatch Timing

UK Orders

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT) on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

• We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

USA Orders

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (MT) on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00pm (MT) will be dispatched the next working day.

• Delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on the shipping zone, fulfilled via DHL Express Domestic.

• USA orders ship exclusively from our US warehouse.

International Orders

• All other international orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT) on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Estimates

• Delivery times are calculated from the ship date shown at checkout or in your confirmation email.

• Estimates refer to working days only and exclude weekends, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays (weather, high volume, customs checks, traffic, etc).

• If your order contains a mix of in-stock, scheduled-to-ship-later, or made-to-order items, the final dispatch date may be later. Please check your checkout and confirmation email for details.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes, discounts, or non-refundable fees.

International & Customs Charges

• Orders shipped outside the UK may incur additional import duties and brokerage fees, determined by the receiving country. 

• For USA customers: all tariffs and import duties are already covered by The Promise Ring Co. LTD. No extra charges will apply.

• For other international destinations, The Promise Ring Co. LTD does not control customs charges and cannot estimate or reimburse them. Please contact your local customs authority for details.

• If fees aren't paid and parcel is returned to sender - you will be given your refund, less the cost of postage and taxes.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the exact address provided by the customer.
The Promise Ring Co. LTD is not liable for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee resolution if the error is customer-side.
