We’ll repair any manufacturing faults free of charge or replace your piece if a repair isn’t possible.
If your warranty has expired, or any accidental damage has occurred please reach out. We’ll still do our best to help with repairs or replacements at a reduced fee.

Our sterling silver is 925 certified, crafted with 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloys for enhanced durability and a lasting, brilliant shine.
Our gold vermeil uses a thick layer of 18k gold over sterling silver, creating a rich lasting finish. Our plating is up to 25 times thicker than standard gold-plated jewellery.
Rhodium Plating applied to sterling silver. Rhodium is one of the world’s most precious metals, known for its mirror-like shine and exceptional resistance to tarnishing.
Every design is then sealed with an anti-tarnish e-coating, adding an invisible layer of protection to preserve its beauty over time.
Our stones boast a 2.18 refractive index (often called the sparkle score), MOHS rating of 8.5 (often called the durability score).
To compare: Diamonds have a 2.41 refractive index and MOHS rating of 10.
Swarovski Crystals sit at around 1.6 refractive index, MOHS 6–7.
