Pre-Order Terms & Conditions – Flik Collaboration
By placing a pre-order for the Flik collaboration, you agree to the following terms:
- Store Credit Only: Pre-orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If you wish to return your item, you will receive store credit for the amount paid.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for items of equal value, subject to availability.
- Made to Order: All pre-orders are specially made, meaning they cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur. We will keep you updated on your order's progress.
- Final Sale: Due to the nature of this limited collaboration, all pre-orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for traditional returns or refunds.
- If your order is part in stock, part pre-order, we will ship the in stock items immediately and the pre-order when it becomes available
