Warehouse Closure May 1st - 13th 2024

We wanted to give you a heads up about some exciting changes happening behind the scenes here at The Promise Ring Co. Between May 1st and May 13th, we're moving our warehouses to serve you even better!

This means that any orders you place during this period will be treated as preorders, with shipping scheduled for May 13th. Also, please note that we won't be able to process returns or exchanges during this time.

But don't worry! For all orders made between April 18th and May 1st, we've got you covered. We will be extending the period you have to request exchanges or refunds until May 19th, as long as they meet our policy guidelines. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchases, even during our transition.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our dedicated customer service team will be available via email during UK working hours, from 10am to 4pm, to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
