Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is The Promise Co. (“the Promoter”). -
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country of residence, if higher) who live in a country that The Promise Co. currently ships to.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by local law.
Employees of The Promise Co., their immediate families, or anyone directly connected with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
To enter, entrants must follow the entry instructions stated on the official giveaway post.
Only valid entries received during the giveaway period will be included in the draw. Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, fake accounts or other fraudulent methods will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 26th August and closes at 28th August 9pm (UK time).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The Prize
One winner will receive one The Promise Co. Moissanite Necklace.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
In the unlikely event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random selection process. -
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by The Promise Co.'s official account within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.
The Promise Co. will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide bank/card details in order to claim the prize.

Delivery
The prize will be shipped to an eligible delivery address in a country to which The Promise Co. ships.
The Promoter will arrange standard delivery of the prize. The Promoter cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Publicity & Winner Information
The Promoter may announce the winner's social media username or first name on its social media channels.
Where required, information confirming that a valid prize was awarded may be made available following the giveaway. Winners may object to the publication of their information or request that the amount of information published is reduced.

Personal Data
Any personal information supplied in connection with the giveaway will be used only as necessary to administer the giveaway, verify the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications. -
General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries which it reasonably believes breach these Terms & Conditions or involve fraud, manipulation or abuse of the giveaway.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, provided that doing so does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner is final.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform on which it is promoted.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that the relevant social media platform has no responsibility for the giveaway.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights entrants may have under the laws of their country of residence.
