The Promise Co. - $200 Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to The Promise Co. (TikTok handle: @thepromiseco). The "Prize" refers to a $200 voucher.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on April 26th 2026. One (1) winner will be selected and contacted on or after this date via TikTok DM.
Eligibility & Entry:
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Entrants must be located in a country The Promise Co. ships to.
- Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
How to Enter:
- To enter, participants must post a video following The Promise TikTok Trend as outlined by Abby Franklin @AbbyFranklin17
- Entries must be posted publicly on TikTok before the closing date.
Winner Selection & Prize:
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The winner will receive a $200 voucher for The Promise Co.
- The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
General:
- The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of entry submission.
- To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter’s liability shall be limited to the cost value of the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Data & Publicity:
- The winner may be asked to provide contact details for prize fulfilment.
- The winner’s TikTok handle may be shared across The Promise Co.’s social channels.
