Extended Christmas Returns
We know buying in advance for the holidays is important, which is why we’ve extended our returns window to up to 45 days.
Any jewellery ordered between 1 December and 24 December can be returned up to 15 January. Your return must be received back with us by 15 January (not just posted on that date).
All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy, including condition, packaging and eligibility requirements: thepromiseco.com/policies/refund-policy
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for all returns, as The Promise Co. cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Our standard returns policy applies to all orders placed outside of these dates.
🇺🇸 USA Delivery
- Domestic express delivery (1–4 working days)
- Order by 18th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery
- We are shipping right up to December 24th, orders before 1pm MST for same day dispatch - MON-FRI (closed Christmas Day)
🇬🇧 UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using 24-hour and 48-hour delivery options, available at checkout.
- Order by 19th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery
- We will continue dispatching orders right up to December 24th at 1pm GMT
- UK shipping will then pause for the holidays and resume from 1st January
