First I just want to say that my girlfriend absolutely loves this ring and it is a stunning piece.

Just as important though, this company stands behind their promise (no pun intended) and their product. When I originally ordered the ring it was a touch too large for my girlfriend and we had to exchange for a size down. Felicity was very helpful and sent an exchange ring with no cost to me. Luckily the second ring fit! The only issue was that a couple weeks of wearing led to a stone falling out. Felicity was quick to respond and a replacement is on the way once again with no charge to me.

I 100% would recommend this company over a bulk amazon seller or something of that sort. You won’t regret it!

This is actually my second promise ring from The Promise Co, my boyfriend bought me the cluster one last year, and this year he added to my stack with the pear cut. It’s stunning. The gold is amazing quality and hasn’t worn at all, even after a year of daily wear. They look so perfect together I’m obsessed.

I bought this as my “travel ring” to keep my real engagement ring safe but I think I prefer this one (hope my husband isn’t reading this 😂) The sparkle is unreal and the stack makes it look so much more expensive than it is. I’ve worn it on every trip since and get compliments constantly - no one ever believes it’s not my "real" ring!!
